We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing office communications, handling data entry, and providing support to ensure efficient office operations.
Payment is €27.5/hr approximately €550 weekly.
Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking messages and routing calls as necessary.
*Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
*Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
*Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Skills:
